DESCRIPTION: Contracted to HDR to perform several functions as part of their ID/IQ contract during the period from 2009 to 2013. These tasks included field QA/QC audit and technical support for the CNST ARRA Tool Installation Project, a product specification, constructability review, and budgeting for the NIST AML UV Stepper Installation; and, a scope development, risk analysis, and means and methods, for the remediation of improper HVAC supply duct installations throughout the AML.
