Microelectronics – The CCA staff has nearly 100 years of experience working in and around wafer fabrication facilities worldwide. Our personnel have held positions as facility managers for some of the most demanding semiconductor manufacturers as well as having been responsible for the design and construction of millions of sq. ft. of ISO3 (Class1) and above cleanrooms, and the associated infrastructure.
Semiconductor – The CCA team has at its disposal an immense library of semiconductor process tools and matrixes, to assist our clients in developing their utility requirements, and providing preliminary design criteria for their semiconductor cleanroom needs. Our skills include process tool layouts and infrastructure evaluation and specification.
Nanotechnology – Our staff has been involved in the development and construction of Nanotechnology Research Facilities for many of the leading national and international government laboratories and research universities, including the Weismann Institute in Rehovit Israel, Brookhaven National Laboratories- Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN), The National Institute for Science and Technologies (N.I.S.T.) Advanced Material Laboratory (AML), The Iberian National Laboratory, and renowned research universities such as MIT, Vanderbilt, UMASS, Princeton University, and Duke University, to name just a few of our prestigious clients.
Biotech – CCA has developed numerous conceptual design documents including User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Basis of Design )(BOD) documents, cGMP functional flows, HVAC zoning, validation master plans, and Basis of Design Documents for use in developing, designing, constructing, and validating cGMP manufacturing facilities for numerous cell culture suites.
Pharmaceutical – CCA has been on the leading edge assisting “Big Pharma” clients embracing modular component delivery methods, and we have worked conjunctively with product manufacturers developing modular systems, and their functionality, to allow for the decrease of time to market for product development lines and facilities. Our staff is adeptly capable of helping in the development of Pharma production suites to allow for decreased construction durations while insuring reliability and validation assurance.
Food – CCA has been involved in the design and construction of aseptic blow mold cold fill lines and ripening facilities that include both cleanroom and cold room parameters to protect produce and juices from contamination and over ripening.
Automotive – CCA personnel have been involved in, and constructed the leading edge battery manufacturing facilities worldwide. Our firm has developed design concepts, performance criteria, and performed QA/QC evaluations for the most stringent Lithium Ion Battery manufacturing plants in the US and China. Our team has designed, constructed, and qualified facilities down to -60 degree C dewpoint and ISO Class 5. In addition to our battery experience, our staff has been involved and constructed clean paint booths and components assembly lines for many automobile and component manufacturers.
Research – Our staff has been involved in the development and construction of research facilities for many of the leading national and international government laboratories and research universities, including the Weismann Institute in Rehovit Israel, Brookhaven National Laboratories- Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN), The National Institute for Science and Technologies (N.I.S.T.) Advanced Material Laboratory (AML), The Iberian National Laboratory, and renowned research universities such as MIT, Princeton University, and Duke University, to name just a few of our prestigious clients.
Pharmacy – CCA has been on the leading edge of designing USP797 compliant pharmacy facilities for many of the most renowned research hospitals and independent compounding pharmacies throughout the eastern US. Our expertise includes upgrading existing facilities to meet 797 guidelines, and developing design criteria for new facilities requiring USP and cGMP standard thresholds.
